Rowan County announces the availability of making your ambulance and tax payments over the Internet or by telephone.  The County has entered into an agreement with Official Payments Corporation to provide taxpayers this automated payment service. 

Official Payments Corporation will charge a convenience fee for this service.  This fee is not part of your bill and Rowan County does not receive the convenience fee.

You will need to following information to pay your bill online or by telephone: 

  • Have your bill and credit card ready. 

  • The jurisdiction code for Rowan County is 4340.  Please  note this before you begin.
